At Janice and Eds House

Kirsten and I arrived in Kalamanzoo yesterday. We left the train and Janice and her daughter Courtney picked us up and we drove to their house. It’s really nice here, they life in the woods and the first thing I saw was a squirrel.

In the house we met Ed, the father, and Aiden, Courtneys 4 year old son. They all are so nice to us. We talked a lot, ate spaghetti and in the evening Courtney took us to a bar named Shakespeares. There we met two men who have been studying in germany and they tried to speak german with us, it was ok, maybe as well as we speak english ;)

Today we went to church with Janice and Ed. It was really nice, the service is much more interactive than in germany. And after that we did a little sightseeing by car. Kirsten ist going to stay a day longer than me, so now she knows what she can do tomorrow.

    Hey

    ich will fotos sehen! Wenn du dir es schon im Land der Unbegrenztenmöglichkeiten gut gehen lässt, finde ich, sollten wir das Ganze auch visuell mitverfolgen können…die paar Fotos über New York sind ganz nett, aber ich will mehr Fotos mit Menschen sehen, die mir als angeblich nett beschrieben werden….ich glaube nichts bis ich es sehe ;)
